P4D digital transformation of the company
HRASTPLAST d.o.o. has successfully obtained co-funding for the P4D Digital Transformation project at Hrastplast d.o.o. under the EU call for proposals P4D React – Incentives for the Digital Transformation of SMEs.
DESCRIPTION OF THE OPERATION
The company HRASTPLAST d.o.o. operates in the field of plastic injection molding. To make it easier to compete on the market and to optimize all work processes in production, we decided on extensive digitization of the company.
PURPOSE OF THE OPERATION
The purpose of the operation is to digitize an outdated and inefficient production process. Digitization brings us faster work processes that are easier to manage and adapt to the changing needs of the market.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT
The company successfully applied to the Public Tender for the financing of incentives for the digital transformation of SMEs. For the operation: “Digital transformation of the company HRASTPLAST-COVID 19” received approved co-financing in the amount of EUR 100,000.00.
OBJECTIVES OF THE OPERATION
· Modernization of an outdated production-business process
· Digitization of production,
· Cyber security
· Mechanical and software update
· Digitization and robotization of jobs,
RESULTS OF OPERATIONS
With the approved funds, the company was able to invest in updating the server, upgrading the website, purchasing hardware and software, purchasing a firewall, VPN connections, automating production and eliminating paper documentation.
All activities are reflected in improved sales, more efficient and safer production and easier work from the office and from home.
